Before you return a www.kalagharstore.com product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.
Since each product is handcrafted and unique in its own way, an irregular weave or stitch shall not be considered as a defect.Due to its handcrafted nature, the products will have some imperfections and irregularities, showing their uniqueness.
Also, we carefully check the products before shipping them to our customers, but if you receive a product which got damaged in transit or a wrong one from the one you had ordered, we will return/exchange them.
Our Hassle Free Return/Exchange Process:
- Return/Exchange request must be placed within 48 hours from the date of receiving the product.
- Email us at email@example.com with the Subject: “Order Return Request – Order No. X”. Replace X with the order number of your purchase. Also, state if you want an exchange/return of the product.
- Ship the product which you want to exchange/return to us within 15 days from the date of receiving the product.
- On receipt of the returned/exchanged item, it goes through a quality check. If the item satisfies our terms and conditions, we will initiate the refund process within 7-10 business days or dispatch the exchanged item within 3-5 business days.

Terms and Conditions:
- Return/Exchange is applicable for items with a defect or is different from the order placed.
- In case you receive a damaged/defective item, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We might request you to share the picture of the product at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- We will exchange the returned items free of cost or issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping.
- In case of cash on delivery orders, please share the account details for transfer of the refund amount at email@example.com along with the return request.
- Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address.
- Return/Exchange request must be placed within 48 hours and shipped to us within 15 days from receipt of product.
- We will initiate the refund or exchange once the item passes through quality check.
- In the case of returns, banks normally take 7-10 business days to process a refund once it has been initiated from our end.
- In the case of exchanges, your new order will be dispatched to you within 7-10 business days after we receive the earlier shipment.
- Return in the same condition in which it was delivered to you.
- Do not use, wash, alter/tamper or soil the products.
- Item must have the original packing, labels and tags intact, altered and illegible serial number will also void return.
- Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
